  • This includes all downloads, streaming content, or digital access codes.

2. Physical Products

  • We do not ship physical products directly. Any physical products offered are fulfilled by third-party sellers. Please review their shipping and refund policies, as In Touch Wellness Shop is not responsible for returns or refunds.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders for digital products cannot be canceled after purchase or access is granted.

  • For third-party physical products, cancellations must follow the individual seller’s terms.

4. Exceptions

  • Personalized digital products are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or inaccessible digital products due to technical errors can be reported to better@intouchcounselingservices.com for resolution.
